FAQ's * Add sparkles to any card designed by Julia D. Azar ...and make it fabulous!   For the Julia D. Azar girls to sparkle, add $3 per card. (each card will be hand sparkled and may vary. If you have a specific request please contact Victorian Rose Stationery.)  Or, sparkles are available for $10 a bag for you to sparkle!  One bag will do approximately 75 cards.  Small bags are also available for $2 and will do approximately 10 cards.  No cards are automatically sparkled, even if shown with sparkles on the sample.   * Assembly Required   Some of our cards come with attachments, if shown, but are not assembled onto the card unless requested.  Please contact Victorian Rose Stationery if you have any further questions.   For Itty Bitty Co. & Julia D. Azar attachments:   Add $1 (net) to attach and or tie attachment (bow,brads,leather,etc.). Add $2 (net) to attach bows to a two bow item.   For Stacy Claire Boyd Inc. Die-Cut Add Ons:   All Die-Cut Add Ons come unassembled in a package.  A piece of sticky tape needs to be exposed and then the add on is placed in the desired location on the invitation, thank you card or stationery.   All intricate, ultra dimensional, rope, jewel, sequin flower, bows, or ribbon add ons are assembled by Stacy Claire Boyd Inc., and is included in the price.   * Custom Design   Victorian Rose Stationery is happy to specially design an invitation or announcement for you.  Please contact Annmarie at Victorian Rose Stationery.   * Color Variations    Due to color variations in the printing process, colors may vary from the samples presented on our website, or traditional albums.  Samples presented in the Image Albums or Online may contain unavoidable color variations beacause of the limitations in displaying and recreating them in their respective media.  No discounts will be given for these variations.   * Item Changes   All items are available only in the colors and sizes shown.  Please contact Victorian Rose Stationery for pricing on any special orders or deviations from sample items. Any foldover card may be cut at the score to make it a flat card at no additional charge.   * Typestyles   Any typestyle may be used on any custom printed card.  Please choose from the pop-up list of "Typestyles" on each product page, and note the one chosen in the memo field for "Enter typestyle".  Unless otherwise noted, the typestyle and case used, will be as shown in the sample.  Please supply English letter references from the pop-up list of "Typestyles" for Hebrew.   * Layout   All copies will be positioned as shown in the sample unless otherwise noted.  Please indicate any special placement of copy, ie. top center, bottom center, flush left, flush right, etc.  Also, specify horizontal or vertical printing. (for inside printed message on photo cards and all other announcements and invitations)   * Extra Lines (for Stacy Claire Boyd Inc. products)   Birth Announcements and Thank You Note prices include 5 lines of text.  Party Invitations, Direction Cards, Response Cards, Save the Date Cards, Holiday Cards, and Moving Announcements include 8 lines.  All other items include 4 lines of text.  Cards containing birth information as well as other information, will be allowed 5 lines.  Please note that each additional line is $5.00, regardless of the number of lines shown in the sample item.   * Additional Postage   Some of the items require additional postage due to the size, or shape, of the item.   * Reorders   The minimum quantity for reorders of any custom printed item is 25 pieces.  Reorders will be processed as quickly as possible, and priced as a new order without regard to previous quantity printed.   *Errors   Errors or shortages must be reported within 10 days of shipment.  Please notify customer service immediately of any errors or shortages on an order.  This will speed our ability to rectify the situation.  Errors made by Victorian Rose Stationery will be corrected at no charge and shipped the following business day when possible.  The order will be shipped overnight at Victorian Rose Stationery's expense.  Errors made by the customer will be processed as quickly as possible. The reprinted items will be priced at 50% of the original cost.  Shipping charges will be billed according to the shipping and handling schedule.   * Proofs   Proofs are available for all custom orders. Imagitation orders and orders with Hebrew lettering and Clayton Monogram require a proof (by e-mail). The cost is $15.00 (Net) per order (max. 6 pieces), not per item. An additional $10.00 (Net) will be charged for each subsequent proof. Once the proof has been received contact customer service and note if the proof is approved or if there are any changes to be made.  If notification is not received within 7 business days the order will be cancelled.   * Second Surface Printing (for Stacy Claire Boyd Inc. products)   Second surface printing is available.  Please contact customer service for pricing details.   * Ink Colors   Christmas Red/Green for Holiday Items - add $45 to order   Stock Colors - Please contact Victorian Rose Stationery for current list - add $75 to order   Custom Colors - Please contact Victorian Rose Stationery to create a custom color - add $150 to order   * Order Processing Time   Orders received by 3:00 P.M. EST will be shipped in 5-7 business days after proof approval .  Orders received after 3:00 P.M. or over the weekend will be processed as if they were received on the following business day.  We observe the same holiday schedule as UPS.  Processing times during November and December will be extended.  Updates will be posted daily on our website during these times.   ** RUSH ORDERS **  ( 2- 3 day Processing )   An additional $50.00 fee will be applied to your order if you wish to have Rush Service.   Please indicate Rush service on the product page.   Rush orders are not available during November and December.
